Lindstrom received its official Beyond the Yellow Ribbon designation, with presentation of a banner.  Yellow Ribbon organizers included left-- Doris Zacho, Corey Boogaard, and Mayor Kevin Stenson, Councilmembers David Waldoch, Laurie Burington, William Schlumbohm, AnnMarie Brink plus Michelle Anderson, rt., with the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon group.  Volunteers are welcome to connect through Yellow Ribbon with specific organizations that have put out a call for help and to be available for military families, volunteer for Yellow Ribbon events, etc.  For example, a veterans’ hospice needs veterans who can be companions to clients.
