February 9, report a few minutes after midnight of a female run-over by a vehicle at JJ’s in North Branch. Victim was transported to a hospital.  Suspect identified, a 49-year-old male was arrested by North Branch officers and booked for second degree assault and criminal vehicular operation.

Catalytic convertors continue to be targeted by thieves, a report of one cut off a pickup truck in Fish Lake Township received.
February 6 Lakes Area Police made an arrest of a 46-year-old male for asking for a hug and then groping an employee in a Lindstrom store.

North Branch Police cited a student for assault at North Branch Middle School that day.

A 24 year old male was arrested by Lakes Area for a domestic assault incident.

February 5 A youth was being treated at Fairview for injuries suffered in a fight at North Branch High School earlier that day. The altercation was broken up by fellow students and police are awaiting doctors’ findings for charges.

A total of three electronic cigarette violations cited at North Branch High School and two at Chisago Lakes

February 4 North Branch Police found a drone aircraft near Forest Blvd. and 373nd. The device is stored at the police offices and you can describe it to claim it.

February 3 a carbon monoxide detector alarm went off at a structure in Lindstrom, the fire department and Xcel handled the situation.

About 10:20 p.m. a domestic assault call required mutual aid, at a Wyoming address on East Viking Blvd. The sheriff K9 unit tracked down the 43-year-old suspect in the assault, who had walked away, and he was arrested.
