July 24 approximately  2 p.m. sheriff deputies were dispatched to a motorcycle accident, where a rider went off and was dumped on a soft gravel shoulder and driver needed transport by Lakes Region EMS to Regions Hospital. The accident scene was at John Aves and Government Road in Sunrise.  

July 23 fog was believed to be the cause of a crash on a sharp curve at 475th and River Road about 6:25 a.m. No details about vehicle or driver available. No injury reported.

July 20 Countryview Marine on Forest Blvd. in Lent Township reported a boat motor was missing.   No item description.

Center City Dew Drop townhomes’ dock area was the scene of thefts from the watercraft there. Incidents were in mid-July, best estimate. A boat’s gas supply was taken and rods and fishing equipment were missing from other boats.
