Theft of a Honda generator EU2200i from residence on Park Trail Amador Township.
September 5 theft from a pickup with a topper parked in East Rush Lake access, the window by tailgate was smashed to gain entry and tool box missing.
A motorcycle accident was reported at Hwy. 8 and Cty. Road 14 in Lindstrom about 7:44 p.m. Driver arrested for DUI, state patrol is writing report.
September 4 theft of a catalytic convertor from a Prius parked at a Lindo Trail address. Missing in last couple days.
Lakes Area Police and sheriff’s patrol handled a number of domestic disturbance calls, several animal related complaints and minor vehicle crashes. The Lakes Area officer on duty September 3 went to cover a threat of suicide involving a Shafer resident. The subject was transported about 9 p.m. to Children’s Hospital for care.
A Taylors Falls deputy located a car belonging to juveniles reportedly having just stolen a campaign sign in a city yard. The sign was discovered in the vehicle and the juveniles were convinced to return it and apologize to the owner.
September 2 a theft of money from a cash register was recorded on video from a Lindstrom business, reported the next day.
September 1 more campaign sign thefts reported to Lakes Area Police. Losses were from addresses in Chisago City and Lindstrom.
August 31 burnt food triggered an alert that dispatched Lindstrom Fire Fighters to an address on Pleasant Avenue. Firefighters ventilated and handled the incident.
