Unattended fire at address on First Street in Taylors Falls. Deputy contacted individual responsible and had him put it out. Incident reported about 3:20 p.m.
April 17
Motorcyclist tipped a bike at the intersection of Hwy. 8 and Mainstreet in Taylors Falls, near the pothole parking lot about 10 a.m. While biker righted the machine a deputy directed traffic and got three walking motorcyclists off the east and westbound lanes. No injury noted and biker was valid and clear for license.
Taylors Falls Lions Park was scene of a smoldering fire and citizen called about 12:30 p.m. Probably leftover from cleanup efforts earlier, extinguished without incident.
April 14 an RV caught fire at an address on Balsam Avenue in Fish Lake Township about 1:15 p.m. Total loss, no injury reported.
Lakes Area Police took reports of paint vandalism at Allemansratt Park and Paradise Park.
April 12 an assault at the Chisago Lakes Middle School resulted in a ticket.
A Chisago City apartment stove at an address on 282nd was burning due to items tossed on top of it, called in about noon. Taken care of with no serious damage or injury.
A Precision Drift kayak and Grumman canoe reported stolen from an address outside of Taylors Falls. No value declared.
