A trailer and ice fishing house were believed abandoned at John Trail and John Avenue rural Chisago City. Lakes Area Police looked into registration and learned trailer was scrapped at a junk yard and there was no registration on the fish house. Items were towed away.
There were 13 mailboxes tampered with on Mentzer Trail, Lindstrom.
Incidents of unauthorized camping (tent) in Allemansratt and Ojiketa Parks. Subjects left without incident when advised the activity was unlawful.
December 1
Theft from a construction site trailer on Pleasant Vally Road, multiple items missing.
Burglary at house on Lehigh, in Lindstrom. Forced entry was used.
November 30
Drone was deployed by sheriff’s department to look for man who may have fallen in Little Lake while cutting fishing holes. Vehicle had been found nearby, unoccupied. The authorities finally observed a man walking toward car, who said the ice holes showed the lake is a few inches thick.
A 30 foot tall evergreen was cut and removed from a yard on 258th in Chisago Lake Township.
Food delivery box reported stolen from doorstep on Glader Boulevard, Lindstrom.
