Hannah Rose Hoiland went to be with our Lord on February 26, 2021. She died unexpectedly at her home in Lino Lakes, MN in her father’s arms. Hannah was born on September 26, 2001 in Minneapolis, MN to Michael Vern and Christa Kay Hoiland.

She was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend.  Hannah graduated with academic honors from Mounds View High School in 2020, and planned to attend the University of Wisconsin- Stout in the fall of 2021 in pursuit of a Digital Marketing Technology degree.  She was a creative, gifted, loving, compassionate girl who cared passionately about others with a tender heart and sweet and soft voice. Hannah will always be remembered for her beautiful smile,  as someone who cared about justice, wrestled deeply with life's most complicated problems and was very sensitive to suffering, pain and separation.  Hannah is survived and will be dearly missed by her parents; twin brother Sam; brother Ben; grandmother Juanita; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held 5 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom, MN and one hour prior to the service at church.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Lakes Free Church in Lindstrom, MN.
