NOTICE is hereby given to qualified residents of Shafer Township, County of Chisago, State of Minnesota, that filing of candidacy for elected positions opens on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.  Contact Clerk Lichtscheidl for Candidacy filing at 651-485-6559.
The positions available include:

• Supervisor position for a term of three (3) years.

• Treasurer position for a term of two (2) years.

The election of officers will take place at the annual election of officers held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 held at the Shafer Town Hall  in Shafer, Minnesota.
