Sometimes a little sun is all I need, fish fry days numbered, guide time is now

We recently traveled to Mexico with our good friends. We have been to Cancun a few times in the past but we decided to venture quite a bit further down the coast this year and stayed south of Tulum. We basically were trying get farther away from the masses.

When we arrived, we were blown away at the beauty of the grounds. There were pools as far as the eye could see and those backed up to about a 1/2 mile of white sand beaches. Quite a change of scenery from the wintery mix we just had here. We had a blast connecting with friends that we haven’t seen much of over the years.

If you are reading this saying, “poor Matt had to take a trip to Mexico” we save all year long for our trip and usually come about March, we are so in need of some sun and warmer temperatures. This week was exactly what we needed… now, come on spring.

You had better plan on visiting the St. Bridget’s Fish Fry soon. The number of dinners served has been tremendous and I have yet to hear a negative remark about the meal. The fish fry runs every Friday from 5-7pm with to go orders available from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. They are so nice , they will even home deliver for those who can’t make it out. The meal only goes until April 8, so time is running out. Come enjoy some of the best fish around from a well-oiled machine of volunteers!

This is the one time you will want to contact us if we have not reached out. It is an opportunity for an ad to be seen literally all year ‘round by local residents as well as visitors to the area. The guide is mailed out to residents and disbursed throughout the year to restaurants, waiting rooms, realtors, and attractions such as the sculpture garden in Franconia. It is also handed out at the Chamber of Commerce for all visitors to the area. You can’t go wrong advertising in the guide.
