Incident Reports
Law enforcement is getting calls inquiring about campaign sign removal laws...the state of Minnesota gives campaigns 10 days to remove their signs from yards, fields and the roadside —so Friday, Nov. 18 is the date to have signs gone.

A number of homeless related incidents over the week. Subjects are being reported who are unable to pay a bill for accommodations, people lingering in idling, parked vehicles, tents erected where they are not supposed to be....the calls are invarious areas of the county thus far.

Just a reminder— overnight street parking ordinances are in effect now until April.  In many urban areas, you may not leave a vehicle on the street to become a hazard for plows. If you must use the street overnight (ie: you have visitors, need to do driveway work, etc)  contact your local police to see if there is a permit allowing for temporary situations.
