Eleanor C. Strauch, age 81, of Stacy. Loving mom and grandma, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Preceded in death by her husband, Ted Sr.; parents, Albert and Alice Willman; siblings, Milt and Roy Willman; brother-in-law, Jim Haller. Survived by her children, Teddy Jr. (Kathy), Connie (Ken) Pederson, Thomas; grandchildren, Joe (Brittany), Jared (Rachel), Rachel, Sarah, Ben; sibling, Audrey Haller and sister-in-law, Donna Willman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Eleanor grew up in St. Paul.  She was married to Ted for 60 years and owned a farm in Hillman for over 20 years.  After moving to Stacy, she was an active member of the Stacy Lions Club for over 20 years.  She was a wonderful mom and grandma who was always there when we needed her.  She loved spending time with family and friends.  

Celebration of life will be held at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 31075 Genesis Ave., Stacy on September 9, 2023, at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow to share memories and stories. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family to be donated in Eleanor's honor.
