Area resident, Jerry Carlson won the Center City Council over, with his proposal to submit a grant for funding to construct and install an elf house, like the one in photo, in a public place in Center City.  He maintains the houses and they are moveable, if need be.  The house pictured with Carlson, is in Eden Prairie.  If he doesn’t win the grant funding he will not build the house, but he has these whimsical destinations in numerous locations, and he feels the grant application is a safe bet. Center City should know by spring if it has been selected for funding.
