Time to get your company into 2023 Community/Visitor Guide
If you have never seen one of our guides, it is jam packed with information about our area with valuable contact information for just about everything around. We also have maps of the area, lake maps, basically everything a person visiting or moving to the area would need.
Why am I telling you all this? Because if you are a business owner, or you think your business would benefit from being in the magazine, this is a great time to contact us. We can help you create an inexpensive, attractive ad that will help bring residents and visitors to your business.
The best part of advertising in the guide is the ad lasts for one year. The guides are sent out to residents but they also are distributed around the lower county year ‘round in restaurants, lobbies, waiting rooms, the chamber of commerce, realtors offices, the sculpture park and more.
Give us a call at 651-257-5115 or email us at [email protected] if you are interested. We would love to include you in the guide this year!
Now that we are fully in March - that means the St. Bridget’s famous fish fry is in full swing.
Held every Friday until Easter, the fish fry is so good, thousands attend it each year. We have eaten there in the years past, and it is amazing. You get all you can eat battered or baked cod, french fries, green beans, coleslaw, a dessert and a drink for only $12. They do have a senior discount and they also offer a meatless spaghetti meal for the kids. Kids five and under et for free.
The fry runs fridays from 5 to 7 p.m. and they do offer to-go orders for pick-up from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Good news, I have found another place accepting donated clothing to give to the homeless. I will again be donating adult, cold weather clothing to homeless veterans in the metro area.
So if you have warm, adult only clothing (especially underwear, socks and pants,) by all means bring them to the Press and we will see they make it to these needy veterans.
