Janet Mae Lasch, 89, of North Branch, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023.   

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northwoods Humane Society, at 7153 Lake Blvd. Wyoming, Minnesota 55092.

Janet was born in Des Moines, Iowa on August 18, 1933, to the late Martin and Helen Youngquist.  She worked as a Registered Nurse at Rush City Hospital and Green Acres Nursing Home in North Branch. After retiring from nursing, she volunteered as a bailiff at the Chisago County courthouse. She was also an active member of Friends of the Library, the Lions Club, and the Eastern Star.  She moved to middle Georgia in 2020.  Janet loved all animals, especially her cat, Kola.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Youngquist.

Janet is survived by her sons, Mike Henricks of North Branch, Minnesota, and Chris Henricks (Angie) of Rush City, Minnesota; daughter, Kathy Wildes (Cecil) of Haddock, Georgia; two grandsons in Minnesota; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Georgia.
