Thursday May 4 and Saturday May 20 the Chisago County Sheriff’s staff are working extra hours to assist people who want a gun permit.  

The county Public Safety Center on Per Road, Center City, will stay open May 4 until 6:30 p.m.  The Saturday hours May 20 are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The center is on the east edge of Center City north of the Highway 8 round-about and Hazelden Betty Ford entrance road.

There will only be processing of gun permits, no other regular business will be handled by sheriff staff.
