May 20 a dog bite was reported in Lindstrom, Neal Avenue. Animal is current on vaccinations, LAPD are looking into the incident.  The subject was walking along the street when he was bitten.

A crash near Tern and 310th Street west of Taylors Falls, reported at 2:45 p.m. One vehicle westbound on 310th stopped to make a left turn and was hit from behind by the second vehicle.  The driver of the first car was transported for medical attention.

May 19 a storage unit on Fairfield Avenue, Rush City, was broken into overnite.  County is investigating. 

May 17 a complaint of a firearm being discharged in Taylors Falls, led to the arrest of a male about 11:25 p.m.  Lakes Area officer was dispatched to assist the county patrol car in the incident. Nobody was hurt.

The flag flying on a pole at Wolf Creek School, Chisago City, was stolen overnight.

An apartment building on First in Lindstrom had smoke in the building/hall from food burnt on a stovetop. Lindstrom fire department handled the situation and vented the building, about 9 a.m.

Two vape possession citations at Chisago Lakes High School and one at the middle school.

A 29-year-old female was booked on assault charges for aiming a rifle at person in Chisago City. Incident verified on a videotape.

May 15 Lakes Area officers investigated complaint about large farm animals being kept at address on 275th. Ordinance violation process has begun.
