October 29 the state patrol helicopter helped check out a 9-1-1 call that had ended abruptly and authorities were concerned.  The patrol from the county and a Lakes Area officer went to a Stacy area address about 2:20 a.m. and found a cellphone that was apparently used to make the emergency call, in the woods. After thoroughly looking around the property and not finding anyone, the scene was cleared without an arrest.

October 28. Theft reported from a Chisago City business and Forest Lake Police helped in making arrests of a man and woman, ages 35 and 31,  when the vehicle they fled in was located in Washington County.  Certain items were recovered. The case is being investigated.

An 83 year old male was cited for careless driving when found at the scene of a crash, where a car went  into a garage near Lehigh Avenue, Lindstrom.  A second vehicle was damaged.

October 25 a .22 rifle magazine was found empty at the Chisago Lakes middle school.  Student who brought it onto the grounds was disciplined.

One vape device citation issued at Chisago Lakes High School for the week.  

There have been several reports of “inappropriate” photos circulating on the Internet reputed to be local students.  Lakes Area, upon looking into the complaints, learned one set of photos are from years ago and are not the subject.  A second photo was taken down by a student as an officer stood-by.
