Wade Ronald Bergerson, age 55, of Almelund, passed away on August 31, 2023 from lung cancer. He fought hard but the cancer was too aggressive for the chemotherapy.

Wade was born on October 8, 1967 to Ronald and Linda Bergerson. He grew up on a farm in North Branch, attended North Branch Schools, and graduated in 1986.

He worked in the family business Bergerson Sewer Service for over 30 years until his dad Ronnie died. He worked at the St. Croix Menards for two months before his illness.

Wade and daughter Emma enjoyed camping, fishing, agate hunting; watching animated movies, reality shows, Nascar racing, and playing video games. He was an animal lover and bird watcher. He was always ready to help a friend in need.   

He was preceded in death by his father Ronnie;  grandparents Ernest and Elverna Bergerson; grandparents Richard and Pearl Kubat; uncle Bruce Kubat; cousin Mark Kubat; aunt and uncle Audrey and Warren Farstad, aunt and uncle Edythe and Herbert Weidendorf.

He Is survived by mother Linda Bergerson; brothers Chris (Alysha Mold) Bergerson and Eric Bergerson; daughter Emma Bergerson; exwife Cheryl Bergerson; nephew Alex Bergerson; aunts Nancy (Jack) Barr, Vicki (Phil) Schlief, uncle Clark Kubat, cousins Rich Kubat, Darcy (Leslie) Pocta, Galen (Antonia) Pocta, Jessa (Hector)  Peloquin, Kye (April) Lackey, Keifer Soukup, Daniel Weidendorf, Darwin (Cora) Weidendorf,  Douglas (Kris) Weidendorf , Lisa Weidendorf, and godson Collin Bibeau, and many friends.

A Celebration of Life is planned  for Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the Lent Town Hall from 1-5 p.m. A light lunch will be provided.
