Patricia Ann (Ward) Freeman, age 86, of White Bear Lake, MN passed away July 13, 2023 at Cerenity Health Care in White Bear Lake.

Patricia was born on May 24, 1937 to Robert and Eleanor (Kubiski) Ward in Duluth, Minnesota. She grew up in Cabridge, Minnesota, attending Cabridge High school, graduating class of 1955. Pat trained in X-ray St. Barnabas Hospital in Minneapolis. 

Patricia met her husband John at the University of Minnesota, where she was a member of Phi Mu sorority, and he was TKE. They were married on August 2, 1958. After she and John moved their family to Chisago City in 1972, and her youngest child was in school, she continued her career as an X-Ray Tech at Chisago Lakes Hospital.

Pat enjoyed traveling and camping trips with her family. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by many.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Eleanor and husband John.
Pat is survived by her children: Kristi (Jack) Freeman-Moncada, Todd (Laura), Daniel (April) and David (Jody); grandchildren: Evan Freeman, Johanna (Gabe) Ploof, Faith, Nicholas, and Moriah Freeman, Kristina (Alex) Franer; great-granddaughters: Hildie Ploof and Liberty Freeman; sisters, Susan Ward and Roberta Sandgren; sister-in-law LouAnn Freeman; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Celebration of life will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, September 23, at Zion Lutheran Church, Chisago City with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. The interment will be in the Chisago Memorial Park. Arrangements are with Grandstrand Funeral Home, Lindstrom, MN. Condolences may be expressed online at www. grandstrandfh.com.
