Residents of voting age in Stacy are reminded of the balloting taking place Tuesday, April 9 to seat your new, combined city council members and mayor.  The polling place is at the old Lent Township Hall.  

The township merger into the city of Stacy went through review of an administrative law judge,  who developed a system for putting new leaders into place.  This election cycle requires two council members to be seated who hail from the old township area and two from the traditional boundary of the municipality.  The mayor will serve at-large, in an abbreviated term and is back on the ballot for the 2024 general election.
