PUBIC HEARING NOTICE

The Chisago County Board of Adjustment and Appeals will meet on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 N. Main Street, Center City, MN. The Board’s tour of the agenda item(s) has been scheduled for Friday, December 20, 2024 at 8:15 a.m., departing from Chisago County Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The meeting and tour are open to the public.

Public Hearings – New Applications:

Carrie Penshorn – Property owner Carrie Penshorn is requesting a Variance allowing for reduced Township Right-of-Way and westerly side yard setbacks for the purpose of redeveloping the property with a new dwelling and attached garage. The .19± acre subject site is zoned Rural Residential I (RRI) District / Shoreland Management District and located at 14150 Old Holt Court in Chisago Lake Township, S3, T33, R20 (PID 02.00013.00).
