Carolyn Lust passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 26, 2024 at the age of 85. Carolyn was born on December 5, 1938 in Huron, South Dakota.

Carolyn was a homemaker and had several foster children over the years.

Carolyn was involved with church, volunteered for many activities in her community and was active in drama club and many activities in Pharr Texas where she wintered for over 22 years.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Dawn Joy; husbands, Arlen Schultz and Alvin Lust; and her parents, Frank and Ada Baesman.

Survived by her sons, Randy (Salli) Schultz, Arlen (Mary) Schultz; grand-daughters, Kayla (Ryan) Sundby, Jessica Schultz; grandsons, Carson and Tyson Sundby; along with foster daughters, Heather, Elise, and Sue.

Carolyn had a beautiful smile, a big heart, loved roses and planting flowers, loved going to Texas, loved to shop (loved the Pawn stores) as she never had enough jewelry. She collected dolls, was involved in Drama Club in Texas, and had many friends from near and far.

We want to thank Parmly on the Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care (Margaret's House) for their great care of Carolyn for the past 3 1/2 years and to Ecumen Hospice for their wonderful support and care.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation with the family at 1pm December 14 at Zion Lutheran Church. The service will be held at 2 p.m. following the visitation at Zion Lutheran Church, Chisago City, MN.

Interment will be held in Bayport with immediate family at a future date.
