SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-12-2

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153 OF THE CITY CODE §153.061 RURAL RESIDENTIAL I (RR-I)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 10, 2024 Ordinance No. 2024-12-2 was enacted by the City Council of the City of Stacy, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 2024-12-2 the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.

Ordinance No. 2024-12-2 amends City Code §153.061 by updating the code reference in (D)(1)(a) and (D)(2) from 153.068 to 153.055.

A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
