SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-12-4

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153 OF THE CITY CODE §153.064 RURAL BUSINESS OVERLAY DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 10, 2024 Ordinance No. 2024-12-4 was enacted by the City Council of the City of Stacy, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 2024-12-4 the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.

Ordinance No. 2024-12-4 amends City Code §153.064 by replacing “Lent Township” in section (B) with the “City of Stacy.”

A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
