AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAYLORS FALLS, MINNESOTA, AMENDING ZONING AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 1, 1000.002 DEFINITIONS, AND CHAPTER 2, 2000.002 “RC” RURAL COUNTRYSIDE DISTRICT, 2000.006“DC” DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, 2000.07 “B&I” BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND 2000.35 CANNABIS BUSINESSES, TO THE CITY OF TAYLORS FALLS CITY CODE

On December 9, 2024, at a Meeting of the Taylors Falls City Council, by majority vote, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2024-12-00, which amended the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Chapter 1, 1000.002 Definitions, and Chapter 2, 2000.002 “RC” Rural countryside District, 2000.006 “DC” Downtown Commercial District, 2000.07 “B&I” Business and Industrial District, and 2000.35 Cannabis Businesses to City Code.

In summary Ordinance No. 2024-12-00:
Establishes definitions related to cannabinoids and cannabis businesses.
Establishes allowed districts for cannabis businesses and uses.
Establishes standards for cannabis businesses.
