CORRECTED NOTICE OF FILING AFFIDAVIT OF CANDIDACY FOR ELECTED POSITIONS

Notice is hereby given to qualified residents of Shafer Township, County of Chisago, State of Minnesota, that filing of candidacy for elected positions opens on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday,  January 14, 2025. The positions available include:
-Township Supervisor - three (3) year term
-Township Treasurer - two (2) year term

The election of officers will take place at the annual election of officers held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the Shafer Town Hall, 18259 St. Croix Trail, Shafer, Minnesota.
