Nell Flatum (Tabb), passed away peacefully at her home on December 9, 2024, at the age of 90. Born on September 18, 1934 in Colquitt Georgia, Nell lived a full and vibrant life, marked by love, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Flatum, and her cherished daughter, Jennifer Knapp. Nell’s passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the lives she touched.

Nell was a woman of great warmth and kindness, always ready with a listening ear and a caring heart. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life like reading and spending time with her loved ones. Above all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose love and guidance will forever be remembered by her two daughters, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and all who knew her.

Nell’s strength and grace were evident in every aspect of her life. Despite the challenges she faced, she remained a pillar of strength for her family and a source of comfort to those around her. Her legacy of love, patience, and compassion will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Nell is survived by her brother Bob Tabb, daughters Roxanne (Joel) Rivard and Jodi (Hugh) Flatum, grandchildren, and extended Georgia family, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom, MN.  Visitation one hour prior to the service.  Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Center City, MN.  Condolences may be expressed online at www.grandstrandfh.com
