The Chisago Lakes Masons' Thirteenth Annual Fund Drive to Combat Local Food Insecurity with "Double Your Donation"is in  February

The Chisago Lakes Masons (Hiram Lodge 287) has launched its annual fund drive to combat local food insecurity through  the "Double Your Donation” campaign. This initiative benefits the Family Pathways Chisago Lakes Area Food Shelf.

The "Double Your Donation" fundraiser matches financial donations up to $5,000, courtesy of Minnesota Masonic Charities. 

To qualify for the match, checks must be made payable to Hiram Lodge.

The Family Pathways Chisago Lakes Area Food Shelf serves as a beacon of hope for neighbors who are economically challenged and/or isolated in Chisago City, Lindstrom, Center City, Shafer, Taylor Falls, and surrounding townships. 

The organization provides a monthly food shop to those struggling to make ends meet, with families encouraged to return weekly to choose fresh produce and dairy.

Family Pathways' Backpack Food for Kids program maintains a strong partnership with local schools and provides consistent nourishment to school-age children. Additionally, the Mobile Food Pantry and the Doorstep Delivery programs deliver groceries to senior neighbors, providing not only food but companionship as well.

To support the Chisago Lakes Masons' efforts, please make checks payable to Hiram Lodge 287, with the memo marked - Family Pathways CLAFS (Chisago Lakes Area Food Shelf). Mail checks directly to Hiram Lodge 287, PO Box 681, Lindstrom, MN 55045, or drop them off at the Chisago Lakes Food Shelf at 10586 Liberty Lane in Chisago City.
