Virginia (Ginger) Louise Eastman, 84, of Milltown, WI passed away surrounded by loved ones on February 10, 2024.

Ginger was born on April 15, 1939, being the youngest daughter of three to Virgil and Elizabeth Reige, in St. Paul, MN.  

July 1, 1955, Ginger married the love of her life, Robert Eastman. They shared 62 beautiful years of marriage and three sons Robert, Anthony, and Timothy. Ginger dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Ginger loved watching her boys play hockey as her husband coached their teams. When the Eastman family wasn’t at the rink, you could find Ginger and her boys spending their summers fishing at their cabin creating memories that would last a lifetime. 

After raising her family Ginger decided to go back to school to obtain her cosmetology license, where she was able to form long lasting friendships over the years. She loved cooking, entertaining, and telling a joke or two. Upon their move to Wisconsin Bob and Ginger liked to spend most Sundays cheering on the Packers together. Ginger was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her wit and sense of humor will be greatly missed. 

Virginia is preceded in death by her father and mother, sister Francis and her husband Robert. 

She is survived by children Robert (Julie) Eastman, Tony (Dana) Eastman and Tim (Connie) Eastman; grandchildren Jamie Eastman, Jessica (JJ) Freels, Erin Eastman, Laura (Jeff) Sargeant; great grandchildren Joey and Jenica Wilczek, Mya Freels, Henry and Timothy Sargeant and sister Sylvia (Mike) Kelly and many cousins and dear friends.   

We welcome friends and family to celebrate the life of Virginia Louise Eastman March 9, 2024, from 11am to 3pm at the Milltown Community Center, 301 2nd Ave SW, Milltown, WI 54858. At 12:30pm we will be taking the time to honor her passing and remember her amazing life.
