A 19-year-old Andover woman was brought to Regions hospital following a collision at 243 and Hwy. 95 in Franconia Township Friday, June 7.  The woman was a passenger in a Ford Escape that hit a Dodge Ram pickup truck broadside, as the truck moved into the highway intersection about 2:30 p.m.   Preliminary information is the Ram stopped at the sign before entering the highway.

The MN State Patrol reports the two drivers, an 18-year old from Andover at the wheel of the Escape and 61-year old Richard Bertrand, Shafer, were not seriously hurt.
