NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Shafer’s Council is holding a public hearing to consider Michelle McMurray, owner of property within the City of Shafer (PID #18.00009.10), is seeking approval of a preliminary plat to subdivide the parcel into two lots measuring 17.01 acres and 1.92 acres. The 17.01-acre property will house PLC Recovery business operations and the 1.92-acre property is proposed to be developed as a single-family residential property.

The public hearing will be on November 19th 2024 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. All persons desiring to be heard in person or in writing will be heard at this time. Anyone unable to attend this hearing may submit comments in writing no later than Thursday November 14 at 12:00 p.m.

This hearing will take place in Council Chambers at City Hall, 17656 303rd St., Shafer, MN 55074.
