PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Lent Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Avenue, Stacy MN 55079

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.; or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stacy Planning Commission will hold a series of public hearings:

1. City of Stacy Comprehensive Plan & Ordinance Amending Zoning Map
2. Amending §153.060 RR-A Rural Residential Agricultural
3. Amending §153.061 RR-I Rural Residential I
4. Amending §153.062 RR-II Rural Residential II
5. Amending § 153.064 Rural Business Overlay District

All interested parties are encouraged to attend. All written and verbal testimony will be taken at this meeting and written testimony will be taken prior to the meeting. Printed copies of the proposed ordinances are available for inspection by any person at City Hall during the City’s regular office hours. Copies of the ordinances can be obtained by contacting City Hall at 651-462-4486 or on our website www.stacymn.org.
