November 9 a vehicle struck the outside of the Stone Inn, Chisago City. Report came in about a half hour after midnight.   Lakes Area, and Wyoming Police responded, but the suspect behind the wheel had reportedly been picked up from the scene, and was gone. Chisago City Fire also was sent to monitor any structural damages.  State Patrol took over due to Hwy. 8 being involved and the latest word was the state investigation had identified the suspect and charges are forthcoming either by complaint or citation.

November 7 the lawn at First United Methodist Church in Lindstrom was damaged by vandals driving on it.

A car that was eastbound in the westbound lane of Hwy. 8, and reportedly did not have lights on, swerved and swiped the driver’s side of a Lakes Area Police vehicle that was going westbound. Incident happened about 11:25 p.m. near the intersection at County Road 14.  Party arrested.

November 5 a report of a stolen vehicle resulted in the arrests/booking of a 28 year old female and 38 year old male. They were stopped in the vicinity of Kwik Trip in Chisago City, around 8:50 a.m.  The vehicle theft occured in Anoka County.
