PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2024, to review and recommend approval/denial of an application for a variance regarding a lot split application proposed at 9739 Bjorkman Lane. (PID: #13.00051.10). Property owners Marie & Jeffrey Rivers have submitted a variance application that proposes to split an existing residential property. The variance requested pertains to the lot size requirement. A copy of the proposed site plan is available for review at city hall.

This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013. The public is welcome to provide input. Comments can be received at the public hearing or sent to the following:
