PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2024, to review and recommend approval/denial to the City Council for a proposed house addition located at 28845 Park Place PID #13.000394.00. Property owners, Chris & Sheila Baldwin, submitted a variance application to construct an addition onto the primary structure on the property. A variance is required due to the proposed side yard setback and the expansion of a nonconforming structure in the Shoreland Overlay District. A copy of the proposed site plan is available for review at city hall.

This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013. The public is welcome to provide input. You may send your comments to any of the following:
