Notice is hereby given that the City of Lindstrom Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. to seek comments regarding a request to rezone the following properties from Central Business District (CBD) to Low Density Attached and Detached Residential District (R-2):

This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Lindstrom City Hall, at 13292 Sylvan Ave. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting in-person or virtually. If attending virtually and wishing to comment orally, members of the public are encouraged to see the City’s website for meeting information or call 651-325-6071. Written comments may be emailed to [email protected] or may be sent via mail to Lindstrom City Hall (13292 Sylvan Ave, Lindstrom, MN 55045). Comments received prior to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27th will be included in the meeting packet materials, while those received after will be shared at the meeting.
Both oral and written testimony from the public will be considered at the time of the hearing. Copies of the application materials are available for viewing online or at City Hall.
