NOTICE OF HEARING
2025 STREET IMPROVEMENTS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Stacy will meet in the council chambers of the Lent Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Avenue, at 7:00 p.m. on December 10, 2024, to consider the making of an improvement on Floral Avenue from 320th Street to dead end, Erie Lane from Erie Circle to dead end, 340th Street from Falcon Avenue to dead end, 352nd Street from Falcon Avenue to dead end, 315th Street from Forest Boulevard to Hoppe Addition, 314th Street from Forest Boulevard to Genesis Avenue, Gable Avenue from 314th Street to 315th Street, Genesis Avenue from Richland Meadows Plat Line to 315th Street, Fenway Avenue from Stacy Trail to Fenway Court, Fenway Court from Fenway Avenue to turnaround, Finch Avenue from Stacy Trail to dead end, and Finch Court from Finch Avenue to turnaround by street improvements, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111.

The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting or adjacent to such streets. The estimated cost of the improvement is $1,010,975.26.

A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
