ORDINANCE NO. 2024-11-8

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING LENT TOWNSHIP CODE SECTIONS 6.06 SUNRISE RIVER OVERLAY DISTRICT

The City Council of Stacy ordains:

SECTION 1. Lent Township Code Section 6.06 Sunrise River Overlay District is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.

ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 2024, by the City Council of the City of Stacy, Minnesota.
