AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153, SECTION 153.055 OF THE STACY
CITY CODE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on November 12, 2024 Ordinance No. 2024-11-06 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Stacy, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 2024-11-06, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication:

Ordinance No. 2024-11-06 amends Chapter 153, Section 153.055 of the Stacy City Code by establishing a Conservation Subdivision District, the application procedure for Conservation Subdivision Districts, and requirements for Conservation Subdivision Districts. Ordinance 2024-11-06 also repeals Lent Township Code Section 7.19 Conservation Subdivision & Planned Unit Development in its entirety.

A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
