SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-11-7
AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 153, SECTION 153.066 TO THE STACY CITY CODE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on November 12th, 2024 Ordinance No. 2024-11-7 was enacted by the City Council of the City of Stacy, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 2024-11-7 the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
Ordinance No. 2024-11-7 adds Chapter 153, Section 153.066 to the Stacy City Code. 

The new ordinance creates a Carlos Avery Overlay District and contains requirements, permitted uses, setbacks, conditional uses, and other standards for the new district. The ordinance also repeals Lent Township Code Section 6.05 regarding Carlos Avery Overlay District in its entirety.

A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
