SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-9-11
AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 153, SECTION 153.172 TO THE STACY CITY CODE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on September 10, 2024 Ordinance No. 2024-9-11 was enacted by the City Council of the City of Stacy, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 2024-9-11 the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.

Ordinance No. 2024-9-11 adds Chapter 153, Section 153.172 to the Stacy City Code. The new ordinance permits recreational camping areas as a conditional use in accordance with specified standards. The ordinance also repeals Lent Township Code Section 7.20 regarding Recreational Camping Areas in its entirety.

A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City’s regular office hours or on the City’s website.
