NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The following individual who was convicted of a crime in Chisago County has applied for relief from the Clemency Review Commission. The application will be considered at a meeting scheduled for Nov. 1, 2024, commencing at 8:30 a.m. at 1450 Energy Park Dr., St. Paul, MN:

Victims of this individuals’ crimes have a right to submit an oral or written statement at this meeting summarizing the harm suffered as a result of the crime and make a recommendation as to whether Clemency should be granted or denied.
