Notice is hereby given that on October 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.; or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stacy City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed vacation of a drainage and utility easement for the property located at 30393 Stacy Ponds Drive, Property ID 19.00133.14, Stacy, MN.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend. All written and verbal testimony will be taken at this meeting and written testimony will be taken prior to the meeting.
