Joel H. Hall passed away on September 11, 2024 in the loving care of his family. Joel was a devoted husband, a dedicated father and grandfather. He treasured time out on the boat, camping in the Boundary Waters, coaching youth sports, a good round of golf, and playing cards with family and friends. He was a mental math wizard, grill master, and loved cars. Joel enjoyed telling jokes and making people laugh.

Joel was born to John and Bernice Hall on October 2, 1953. He retired from Hohenstein’s beer distributing as the operations manager after 38 years and was part owner of Buster’s on 28th for 14 years.

Joel is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jerome and John (Theresa) Hall. 

He is survived by his wife Patti;  daughter Cathie (Greg) Voth; son Joel and grandchildren; Aubree, Cecelia, and Emmett Voth, Nora and Natalie Hall; his sisters Joyce (Fred) Segler and Jane (Kevin) Rennie; brother Jim (Josie) Hall and many nieces and nephews.

A traditional memorial will not be held, but Joel’s family is preparing a private celebration of life for family and friends.
