Local departments asked to assist in a missing child call in North Branch. An 8 year old left the house about 2:15 p.m. and should not be on his own. He was located a short distance away unharmed.

A cigarette receptacle at a local church campus caught fire about 8 p.m., Chisago City firefighters were alerted but called back. Bystander put out the fire.        

Three vaping incidents were cited at Chisago Lakes High School.
