PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A TEXT AMENDMENT AMENDING TITLE XIX: ZONING REGULATIONS IN RELATION TO CANNABIS REGULATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Center City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to accept input on a proposed text amendment to the Title XIX: Zoning Regulations of the municipal code for the City of Center City, otherwise known as the Center City Zoning Ordinance. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, at 300 Center Avenue where all persons may reasonably be heard.
A copy of the text amendment documents, in its entirety, are available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed or delivered to: City of Center City, 300 Center Avenue, Center City, MN 55012.
