CHISAGO COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chisago County Board of Adjustment and Appeals will meet on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 N. Main Street, Center City, MN.

The Board’s tour of the agenda item(s) has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 8:15 a.m., departing from Chisago County Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The meeting and tour are open to the public.

Public Hearings – New Applications:

Byron & Judy Dahlheimer – Property owners Byron & Judy Dahlheimer are requesting a Variance allowing for reduced setbacks from the Ordinary High Water Level of North Center Lake, the northerly side yard, and the Township Right-of-Way boundary for the purpose of redeveloping the property with a new dwelling. The .21± acre subject site is zoned Rural Residential (RR) District / Shoreland Management District and located at 32730 N. Center Court in Chisago Lake Township, S22, T34, R20 (PID 02.01079.00).

Adam Arneson – Property owner Adam Arneson is requesting a Variance allowing for reduced setbacks from the Ordinary High Water Level of South Lindstrom Lake and the southerly side yard for the purpose of redeveloping the site with a new dwelling, and reduced property boundary setbacks for the installation of a new septic system. The .31± acre subject site is zoned Rural Residential (RR) District / Shoreland Management District and located at 11820 Mentzer Trail in Chisago Lake Township, S5, T33, R20 (PID 02.01612.00).
