PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Wyoming Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Wyoming City Hall, 26885 Forest Boulevard on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request of Anna Oosterom for an Interim Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation to do massage therapy in her home. The applicant has requested that the Interim Use Permit expire upon the sale of the property.

The property subject to the public hearing is 26338 Finley Avenue and is legally described as Lot 4, Block 17, Roger’s Addition to Wyoming.
