PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Chisago City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 6, 2025, to review and recommend approval/denial a proposed ordinance amendment to Chapter 4. Zoning Districts focusing on Section 4.1 Zoning District Introduction and Summary Regulations and Section 4.4 Industrial Zoning Districts. The proposed amendments will focus on, but are not limited to industrial district land uses, exterior materials, new industrial district creation.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at city hall. This public hearing will commence at 6:35 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter and will be held at the City Hall, 10625 Railroad Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013.
