CHISAGO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chisago County Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 N. Main Street, Center City, MN. The Commission’s tour of the agenda item(s) has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., departing from Chisago County Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The Chisago County Board of Commissioners will receive the Planning Commission’s recommendations and review applications on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The meetings and tour are open to the public.

The following items will be included on the March 6, 2025, Planning Commission agenda:

Public Hearings:

Larry Hansen – Property owner Larry Hansen is requesting an Interim Use Permit allowing for an accessory structure with sanitary facilities without the presence of a principal use structure, such as a dwelling, on a 12.57± acre property in the Agricultural (AG) District. The subject site is generally located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Rush Lake Trail / CSAH 1 and 527th Street in Nessel Township, S11, T37, R22 (PID 06.00235.11).

Nancy L. Jamieson Revocable Trust – Property owner Nancy L. Jamieson Revocable Trust is requesting approval of the Preliminary Plat of Anam Cara Acres involving the creation of three buildable lots from a 10.42± acre tract of land. The subject site is zoned Agricultural (AG) District / Shoreland Management District and located at 3780 Stark Road / CSAH 10 in Fish Lake Township, S25, T36, R22 (PID 03.00339.00).
